The Australian Business Development Exhibition will be again providing a free Business Diagnostics Clinic aimed at helping small to medium businesses achieve their business goals.

This clinic will be run by Peter Ellis, Managing Director of Your Silent Partner, who is a regular advisor with the State Development Department's Mentoring for Growth series. Peter has worked closely with senior management in the past 30 years, providing ideas to help accelerate businesses that he's worked with.

You will then be sent a diagnostic form to complete prior to your meeting with Peter at the Exhibition.  This information will enable Peter to conduct a preliminary research and give him an idea of what particular business challenges your company may be facing, be it sales, costs or marketing.
